We are looking for an experienced DevOps (Development and Operations) professional, to join our automation infrastructure team. In this position, you will manage infrastructure projects and processes. Keen attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a solid knowledge base are essential.

  • End to End product Quality & Reliability aspects along the whole lifecycle: product definition, development, production, service and EOL
  • Product Quality assessment and identification of critical issues through product life cycle
  • Initiate product Quality & Reliability improvements through product life cycle based on: development deliverables (design reviews, design s, analysis, PFMEA, Qualification Tests etc.), CM’s feedback, production yield analysis, field reliability monitoring and customers’ feedback & complaints
  • Collaborating with all relevant departments: R&D, Engineering, Service and Ops in order to resolve Quality and Reliability issues and deploy Quality & Reliability initiatives
  • Supporting the transfer to production process, identifying the Quality issues and collaborating with the relevant departments to resolve them
  • Sub-contractor onsite support for NPI and Development builds
  • 3rd party monitor and control (Design & Production)
  • Product Reliability Analysis
  • Monitor field reliability at customers, identify quality issues and collaborate with Development and Engineering for corrective actions
  • Communicate with customers, CMs and suppliers on Quality issues, prepare RCA reports for customers, ask for and review 8D reports from CMs and suppliers
  • Approving Quality aspects of ECOs and waivers in production
  • Inspecting products, mechanical items and components to understanding the test process and its outputs in order to work with the appropriate teams and provide sufficient information to achieve effective improvements
  • Read and understand engineering drawings, instructions and processes in order to create accurate and robust process
Qualifications and Experience:
  • 5+ years’ experience as Quality Engineer in Electronics company – Mandatory
  • 5+ years’ experience of working with Development and Engineering teams – Mandatory
  • Familiar with development and NPI process – Mandatory
  • 5+ years’ experience in performing Quality audits – Mandatory
  • Familiar with Quality standards, ISO9001, TL9000, ISO31000 etc. – Mandatory
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Very good English – Mandatory
  • Experience in Testing & Integration of Telecomunication systems – Advantage
  • Experience with Reliability calculations – Advantage
  • Experience with Reliability and Compliance testing – Advantage
  • Experience with multi discipline products – Advantage
  • Electronics, Mechanical or Industrial Engineer – Advantage
  • CQE and/or CRE – Advantage
